Refund Policy
At Inter Industrie SA, we provide international recruitment and visa sponsorship services in good faith, following legal and administrative procedures as required by the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and the countries of origin.
By using our services, all applicants and international candidates agree to the following strict no-refund policy.
1. No Refund in Case of Visa Refusal
If your visa application is refused or rejected by the embassy, consulate, or immigration authority — no refund will be issued for any of the following:

Sponsorship Fees (paid to Inter Industrie SA or affiliated agencies)

Embassy or Visa Application Fees
-
Medical Checkup or Insurance Costs
-
Document Authentication or Translation Fees
-
Travel, Accommodation, or Other Personal Expenses
Visa decisions are made solely by government authorities. Inter Industrie SA has no influence over these outcomes and cannot be held responsible for refusal decisions.
2. Candidate Responsibility
It is the candidate’s responsibility to:

Provide complete, honest, and accurate documents.

Fulfill all visa and travel requirements on time.

Attend embassy appointments, medical checks, and interviews as instructed.
Failure to do so may result in cancellation without any refund.
3. Acknowledgment and Acceptance
By submitting your application and making payment, you acknowledge that:

You understand and accept this No Refund Policy.

You will not be entitled to any financial compensation in the event of visa denial or failure to travel for any reason outside the agency's control.
4. Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered if:

The visa refusal is directly caused by document errors made by Inter Industrie SA, and
-
There is written proof from the embassy indicating the same.
Such cases will be reviewed individually and are subject to written approval by company management.
5. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Any legal disputes will be handled under the exclusive jurisdiction of Luxembourgish courts.
